Overview

Services are time-based, so cancellations and changes follow a slightly different flow than stays.

How to change a booking

  1. Go to Trips and open the service booking.
  2. Tap Change and pick a new date or time slot.
  3. Your host will confirm the change (usually within a few hours).

Cancellation windows

  • More than 48 hours before: full refund.
  • Between 24–48 hours: partial refund.
  • Less than 24 hours: refund may not apply.
