Cancel or change your reservation

Overview

Plans change — and Traclet makes it easy to cancel or update an existing reservation from a single place. This article walks you through what happens, what refunds apply, and how to keep your trip on track.

Cancel from your Trips

1. Open Trips in your account.
2. Select the booking you want to change.
3. Tap Change or cancel.
4. Pick a reason and confirm.

What you'll be refunded

The refund depends on the host's cancellation policy and how far out your stay is. You'll see the exact amount before confirming the cancellation.

Need something else?

If you just want to change dates or guest count, use Change reservation instead — this keeps your booking and avoids re-applying host-side pricing.
